Biloxi, MS – Two Killed in Fatal Accident at US-90 and Myrtle St

Biloxi, MS (October 11, 2020) – Around 7 p.m. on Saturday night, October 10, two people were killed in a fatal accident that took place at an intersection in Biloxi.

The accident, according to authorities, took place when two vehicles collided with one another at the intersection of US-90 and Myrtle Street, causing one of the vehicles to roll.

Police confirmed that both of the people inside of the rolled vehicle died at the scene of the accident. They were identified as 59-year-old Ollie Armstrong and her 7-year-old grandson.

Armstrong was traveling west on US-90 when she made a turn onto Myrtle Street just as another vehicle struck her on the passenger’s side. The vehicle forcefully rolled over.

The driver of the second vehicle was injured and hospitalized as a result of the collision.

No further details have been released but the investigation into the collision continues.
