Starkville, MS (September 5, 2021) – At 6 p.m. on the evening of Sunday, September 5, a two-vehicle crash occurred at an intersection in Starkville.

According to the Starkville Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of MS-182 and Old West Point Road. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, colliding with one another. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
