Oxford, MS – Auto Accident Causes Injuries on MS-7

Oxford, MS (August 15, 2022) – On the morning of August 15, a car crash happened in Oxford that required an emergency dispatch. At approximately 11:30 a.m., responders were sent to the crash scene to assist those involved. 

Police and paramedics were seen assisting injured parties at the crash site. The incident occurred on MS-7 between an unspecified number of vehicles. 

At least one person was transported from the scene with serious injuries. At this time, the involved individuals have not been identified. 

Traffic was backed up in the area while authorities worked to determine the cause of the accident and help those with injuries. At this time, police continue to investigate.
