Oxford, MS (July 29, 2022) – A car accident happened in Oxford on Friday, July 29 that required an emergency dispatch. At approximately 2:50 p.m., the crash occurred on South 19th Street. 

Sources say the wreck took place in the 700 block of South 19th Street. An unspecified number of vehicles were involved in a collision in the area that ended in injuries for at least one person involved. 

At this time, the extent of the injuries suffered has not been reported. Authorities in Oxford continue to investigate the details of the incident.
