Oxford, MS (July 11, 2022) – At approximately 2:25 p.m. on July 10, a car wreck was reported in Oxford. The incident happened on Jackson Avenue West, according to reports.

Sources state that the incident occurred in the 1900 block of Jackson Avenue West near CVS. Vehicles collided in the area, causing injuries to those involved.

At least one person was treated for injuries at the crash scene by paramedics. Those with extensive injuries were transported to a local hospital for treatment as necessary.

The involved individuals have not been identified to the public at this time. Police in Oxford continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
