Oxford, MS – Auto Wreck Ends in Injuries on Anchorage Rd near the Hub

Oxford, MS (July 23, 2022) – A car crash was reported in Oxford on the evening of July 24. At approximately 8:05 p.m., responders were sent to the scene on Anchorage Road. 

According to information from officials, the accident happened in the 100 block of Anchorage Road near the Hub. How the wreck took place is still under investigation by police. 

Emergency personnel rendered medical aid to the injured victims at the crash site. However, those involved have not been identified at this time. 

Authorities in Oxford are still investigating the details of the incident. Traffic was backed up near the crash scene while responders were in the area.
