Oxford, MS (July 12, 2022) – A serious car accident occurred in Oxford on the afternoon of July 12. Police and other responders were sent to Jackson Avenue West to help the involved parties at approximately 3:20 p.m. on Tuesday.

Reports indicate the accident took place in the 1500 block of Jackson Avenue West near Fire House Subs. The number of involved vehicles has not currently been reported.

Police in Oxford continue to investigate the details of the wreck.
