Motorcycle Accidents in Mississippi

Leland, MS – Motorcyclist Benjamin Crossett Dies in Collision on Hwy 454

In recent years, Mississippi rated as the leading state for motorcycle fatalities in the entire United States. Roughly 14.57 deaths take place for every 10,000 registered motorcycles statewide. Due to the fact that riders have very little protection if they are involved in an accident, drivers are obligated to pay attention to their surroundings at all times.

Anytime a motorcyclist is struck by a truck, car, or any other kind of vehicle on our roadways, the results are often catastrophic. In addition to the fact that many motorcyclists sustain serious injuries that take decades to heal, others have their lives cut short in the blink of an eye. Facing the repercussions of a deadly motorcycle crash is chaotic for surviving family members.

Both motorcycle accident and wrongful death claims are complicated, it is for this reason that these claims should never be dealt with without legal representation, making it vital that you have the assistance of a Mississippi motorcycle accident attorney on your side.
