Oxford, MS (June 16, 2022) – On the afternoon of June 15, a car wreck ended in injuries in Oxford. Reports indicate the wreck happened at approximately 2:20 p.m.

According to information provided by local officials, the incident occurred near James Food Center in the 500 block of Jackson Avenue East. What led up to the collision is currently under investigation by police in Oxford. 

Injured victims were rendered emergency medical aid on-site by paramedics. One or more victims were transported to the hospital for further care as necessary.
