Oxford, MS (June 4, 2022) – An auto collision was reported to authorities in Oxford on the evening of Thursday, June 2. At around 5:45 p.m., responders were dispatched to the scene to assist injured parties. 

The incident occurred on /North Lamar Boulevard, according to reports. One or more people were hurt in the crash. 

At least one person required emergency medical care on site. How many patients required emergency transportation to the hospital was not reported. 

The names of those involved have not been released at this time. Police in Oxford are still working to figure out the cause of the incident. 

Traffic was delayed near the crash site while responders worked to clear the wreckage from the area and assist injured victims. No further details have been released concerning the details of the crash.
