Natchez, MS (November 19, 2022) – A two-car crash happened in Natchez on Thursday, November 17 just before 2:00 p.m. Sources say the incident happened at the intersection of Martin Luther King JR Road and George F. West Boulevard.
Multiple people were sent to the hospital with injuries after the crash. At this time, no fatalities have been reported.
At the crash site, a silver and black Ford Truck was overturned next to a green Toyota Camry with a heavily damaged front end. Multiple responders, including paramedics, fire crews, sheriff’s deputies, and police were seen in the area.
Police reported that four people were present in the Camry at the time of the crash while the driver in the truck was alone. The Camry was headed south on Martin Luther King Jr Rd while the truck was turning from George F. West onto Martin Luther King Road where the collision occurred.
Both lanes of Martin Luther King Jr Road were closed while emergency crews were present. Natchez Police worked at the scene with the Adams County Sheriff’s Office and the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
