Oxford, MS (October 5, 2022) – At around 4:45 p.m., emergency responders were sent to the scene of an injury accident in Oxford. Shortly before 5:00 p.m., the incident was reported to officials in the area. 

According to information provided by local reports, the wreck occurred near Van Atkins in the 100 block of Courthouse Square. At least one person was in need of medical care at the wreck scene. 

One or more people were transported to hospitals with injuries. Their names have not been released at this time.
