Horn Lake, MS (December 21, 2021) – At 4:46 p.m. on the afternoon of Monday, December 20, a car accident occurred at a Horn Lake intersection.
According to officials, the accident happened at the intersection of MS-302 and Interstate Boulevard. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hurt as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of unknown injuries.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
