Oxford, MS – S Lamar Blvd Scene of Injury Accident 9/9/2022

Oxford, MS (September 9, 2022) – A serious car crash was reported in Oxford on the afternoon of September 9. At around 2:00 p.m., police and EMTs were dispatched to the crash site to help those involved. 

Reports show that the collision occurred on South Lamar Boulevard when an unknown number of cars collided. At least one person was hurt in the wreck. 

At this time, what led to the incident is under investigation by local police. Paramedics transported one or more victims to local hospitals for treatment as necessary. 

Traffic was backed up in the area while emergency crews worked at the wreck site. No other details have been reported at this time.
