Toby Gammill is a litigation attorney at Mama Justice. Licensed in Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas, New York and Connecticut, Toby has more than 25 years of expertise as both a defense and plaintiff’s attorney.

Toby was raised in beautiful Greenwood, Mississippi. After graduating from Greenwood High School, he attended Mississippi College where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Following his graduation from Mississippi College School of Law in 1999, Toby moved to White Plains, New York where he worked for an insurance defense law firm. When our country faced the turmoil of September 11, 2001, Toby bravely deployed and led his National Guard unit to defend our Nation. Afterwards, he moved back to Mississippi.

Toby is familiar with all aspects of litigation in a variety of practice areas including car accidentstrucking accidents, premises liability, insurance disputes, bad faith breach of contract, construction negligence, business litigation, and government/municipal liability.  Using the leadership and organizational skills learned in the U.S. Army, Toby successfully advocates for his clients quickly and effectively.  Six military leadership schools have shaped Toby into a strong and effective litigator in even the toughest courtrooms.

Outside of the office, Toby enjoys traveling, and spending time with his three sons, and his partner, Allison. Toby and Allison live in Madison, MS. Whether it’s attending live music events, or just cooking their favorite meals, they appreciate time together and with family as life’s greatest blessing.
