I contacted the law firm shortly after my accident. Miranda was my attorney and she took immediate action on working my case. The law firm staff checked on me, updated me about everything that was going on with my case, and helped me find the medical solutions that I needed. My recovery was long, and at times I would find myself becoming frustrated. Miranda was always there for me. Just know that it takes time to get a case resolved, and it is very important not to rush things when you have continuous medical complications.

She was always so patient, understanding and compassionate towards me and my situation. She made days when I didn’t know what I was going to do bearable. Lastly I have to mention Ginger from the Columbus office. Ginger always let me know that she was available if I needed to talk or needed some support. She made me feel like I was never alone in my fight of piecing my life back together.
