My husband suffered a near fatal work accident July 2021. He crushed his skull, broke his back and tore his rotator cuff. He was in three different hospitals, Tupelo, Nashville and Atlanta. After two years of dealing with countless doctors, three work comp case workers, many unpaid bills and late disability payments we decided to hire an attorney to help. I spoke with several attorneys that left me crying and blaming me for not acting sooner. I called Mama Justice. She made me an appointment and met with us personally. She assured me everything would be fine. She told me that everyone has to deal with these kinds of accidents in their own time. She told me that I had done a good job but she was there now to help me carry the burden. I wish I had called her sooner. There were things that I did not know that could have cost my husband dearly. Got injured in an auto accident and was not sure what to do. I have heard horror stories online of claims lasting years. I know every case is different and the specifics will determine the time it takes to work through; though I also think the attorney has a lot to do with that as well. I was right to choose mama justice. A process I thought would take years barely took months and I was updated every step of the way. They even checked in on how I was doing not only physically but mentally during my recovery. I hope I never have a reason to use them again but if I do I will most certainly give Mama a call.
