Our Story
Our firm is built on more than just legal expertise. Founded by Missy Wigginton—an attorney, mother, and dedicated advocate—Mama Justice was born out of a profound commitment to helping others heal. Missy transformed her life and career for the better after facing personal challenges, including the tragic loss of her eldest son in 2018.
Driven by the knowledge that it’s never too late to turn over a new leaf, Missy returned to her hometown in Mississippi to establish a personal injury law firm that treats clients with respect, dignity, and compassion. Today, Mama Justice serves clients across Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee, offering a wide range of personal injury legal services.
