My husband suffered a near fatal work accident July 2021. He crushed his skull, broke his back and tore his rotator cuff. He was in three different hospitals, Tupelo, Nashville and Atlanta. After two years of dealing with countless doctors, three work comp case workers, many unpaid bills and late disability payments we decided to hire an attorney to help. I spoke with several attorneys that left me crying and blaming me for not acting sooner. I called Mama Justice. She made me an appointment and met with us personally. She assured me everything would be fine. She told me that everyone has to deal with these kinds of accidents in their own time. She told me that I had done a good job but she was there now to help me carry the burden. I wish I had called her sooner. There were things that I did not know that could have cost my husband dearly. She took control and handled everything we needed. She was a life saver and stress reducer. God puts people in our lives at just the right time. She was there when we needed her.

Got injured in an auto accident and was not sure what to do. I have heard horror stories online of claims lasting years. I know every case is different and the specifics will determine the time it takes to work through; though I also think the attorney has a lot to do with that as well. I was right to choose mama justice. A process I thought would take years barely took months and I was updated every step of the way. They even checked in on how I was doing not only physically but mentally during my recovery. I hope I never have a reason to use them again but if I do I will most certainly give Mama a call.

I was very pleased with the way I was treated and the whole process. They explained everything very well, make the process very efficient and effective.

I contacted the law firm shortly after my accident. Miranda was my attorney and she took immediate action on working my case. The law firm staff checked on me, updated me about everything that was going on with my case, and helped me find the medical solutions that I needed. My recovery was long, and at times I would find myself becoming frustrated. Miranda was always there for me. Just know that it takes time to get a case resolved, and it is very important not to rush things when you have continuous medical complications.

I had an auto mobile accident where I broke my back and lost most of my right hand. Mama Justice Law Firm was right there with us from beginning to end making sure we had everything we needed to make it through one of the toughest times in our lives. Missy is truly an inspiration to me and many others who are or have struggled with coping with situations that turn their world upside down. Knowing she didn’t judge and was on my side continuously building me up made a huge difference. My attorney Brandon Leslie was absolute wonderful. He made me a promise from the beginning telling me he would fight hard for me to the very end and he did just that. He didn’t back down and he held strong and didn’t allow the company to push us around. He made sure that I was comfortable and stayed informed, he never missed a beat always staying one step ahead and I couldn’t be happier with the result of his hard work. I must also mention Mrs. Jamie Sampley because she dealt with me and my many questions and concerns on a weekly basis. She never put me off or made me wait. Went to them after my mom was injured in a car accident, and they went out of their way to help her and get the settlement that was due to her. Don’t fight the insurance company on your own, let the professionals with knowledge do it for you. Margo was a joy to work with. She always kept us updated every step of the way.
