Simply, amazing! The customer service was truly exceptional! I normally don't leave reviews, but I would be doing Missy an injustice if I didn't. I felt valued from the time I walked into the building, until the time I left. I had a rather small case but it was handled like it was worth millions. Missy is truly her word! Got injured in an auto accident and was not sure what to do. I have heard horror stories online of claims lasting years. I know every case is different and the specifics will determine the time it takes to work through; though I also think the attorney has a lot to do with that as well. I was right to choose mama justice. A process I thought would take years barely took months and I was updated every step of the way. They even checked in on how I was doing not only physically but mentally during my recovery. I hope I never have a reason to use them again but if I do I will most certainly give Mama a call.
