At Mama Justice, we fight like a mother for every family who walks through our doors. Today, we get to do something a little different. Today, we get to brag on three of our own.

We are proud and beyond thrilled to share that Miranda Rollins, Margo Friloux, and Peyton Moore have each been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. This is one of the most respected honors in the legal profession, and seeing three members of our family recognized at once tells you everything you need to know about the heart and hustle behind this firm.

What a Rising Stars Selection Really Means

Super Lawyers doesn’t hand out this recognition lightly, and you cannot buy your way onto the list. Attorneys are evaluated through a patented, multiphase selection process that looks at 12 different indicators of professional achievement, from verdicts and settlements to honors, pro bono work, and peer respect. Candidates are nominated, independently researched, and reviewed by a blue-ribbon panel of their peers.

The Rising Stars list is reserved for attorneys who are either 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less. Here’s the part that makes us so proud: no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state earn a spot. That means when you see a Rising Star, you are looking at someone who rose to the very top of their class early, through skill, determination, and a whole lot of heart. Miranda, Margo, and Peyton did exactly that.

Miranda Rollins

Miranda came to us from Norman, Oklahoma, and she has been a force from day one. After earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and her law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, she poured herself into fighting for people who needed a strong advocate in their corner. She has now secured more than $20 million in settlements for her clients, including multiple six-figure results, and her shelf is already full of honors, including recognition from The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. This is not Miranda’s first Rising Stars nod, and it’s easy to see why. She brings relentless preparation and real compassion to every case, and her clients feel the difference.

Margo Friloux

Margo is Mississippi through and through, a Columbus native and lifelong Mississippi State fan who earned her law degree from Mississippi College School of Law. Dedicating herself to fighting for the injured, she has built an outstanding track record defined by her impressive case results and substantial settlement numbers [Insert Margo’s specific settlement numbers/results here]. Licensed in both Mississippi and Tennessee, Margo fights for her clients with the kind of grit and grace that makes this recognition so well deserved.

Peyton Moore

Peyton knows exactly how the other side thinks, and that makes him dangerous for the insurance companies and a blessing for our clients. Raised in Tupelo and educated at the University of Mississippi School of Law, he spent time at a large insurance defense firm with more than 300 attorneys before bringing that inside knowledge to our side of the table. Now he uses everything he learned to hold insurers accountable and to fight for the people they would rather ignore. A dedicated family man and civil litigator, Peyton has earned this honor the right way, one hard-fought case at a time.

Why This Matters to Us

We say it all the time because we mean it: at Mama Justice, each of our clients becomes family. Recognitions like this one are proof that the people we trust to protect that family are among the very best in the profession. As the fastest growing, female-owned law firm in the country, we have always believed that results matter, and that fighting for people is a calling, not just a job. Watching Miranda, Margo, and Peyton earn this honor reminds us why we do what we do.

To Miranda, Margo, and Peyton: congratulations from your whole Mama Justice family. You have earned every bit of this, and we can’t wait to see what you do next.

And to the families out there who need someone in their corner, know this. The same attorneys the profession just called Rising Stars are the ones ready to stand up and fight like a mother for you.
